Oji F-Tex supplies paper and film products to suit customers’ needs in the rapidly innovating fields of electronics, electrical materials and semiconductors. These are used for various purposes, both as finished components and as manufacturing process components.
Film Separate (release film)
Purpose: Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors / Optics / Manufacturing, Agriculture & Industrial Materials We use silicone coating and finishing equipment to make this product in a Class 1000 clean environment, enabling us to supply products with reliable quality. As well as adjustment of release strength from light to heavy release grade, antistatic and coloring treatments are also available. |

Alphan electrical film
Purpose: Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors Our electrical film products demand high insulation strength and excellent surface properties. A typical example is the world’s thinnest (max.3μm) uniform and pure film for condensers, with which we support the development of hybrid vehicles and other hi-tech sectors. |

Metalized film
Purpose: Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors This product is made by uniformly depositing a thin layer of aluminum or zinc on the surface of film specially manufactured for electrical uses. The thickness of the vacuum-deposited metal film is a mere 20-30nm. This lends it to wide use as an important material in condensers, indispensable in the field of electric products. |

Conductive paper
Purpose: Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors This product is impregnated and coated with carbon, giving it the functions of light screening and conductivity. As light-shielding paper, it is used in packaging, slip sheets and others for photoreceptors and other light-sensitive materials. It uses conductivity to prevent charge and nullify static, thus protecting delicate electronic components and others from electric charge and static, and also guards against dust. OK Clean LF
Purpose: Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors This paper minimizes the emission of paper dust. While maintaining the inherent moisture sorption of paper, it reduces ions that cause metal to degenerate (e.g. chloride ions, sodium ions and ammonium ions). It is used as process paper for electronic substrates, among others. |

OK Clean RN
Purpose: Writing & Office Supplies / Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors / Manufacturing, Agriculture & Industrial Materials Paper for use inside clean rooms where semiconductors and precision instruction are made, or in connection with medical treatment, etc. Made from carefully selected pulp and impregnated with special resin for ultra-low dust emissions, this paper combines printability (PPC, inkjet, offset, etc.) with writability. |

The release strength can be adjusted from light to heavy as required. Paper carrier tape

GLASPER (glass fiber nonwoven fabric)
Purpose: Construction, Building Decor & Furniture / Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors / Automotive & Railways / Manufacturing, Agriculture & Industrial Materials This nonwoven fabric made of low-density glass fiber is easy to impregnate with various resins. Thanks to its excellent corrugating properties, it is also suitable as a substrate for corrugated filters. And by laminating with low-strength filtering material, it can be used as a substrate for pleated filters. Pressure loss is kept in check by the high porosity. |

Press board
Purpose: Electronic Components, Electrical Materials & Semiconductors / Manufacturing, Agriculture & Industrial Materials This is a high-density board made from 100% pulp with a maximum thickness of 8.0mm, formed by multilayering wet paper and drying in a hot press without using any adhesives. We have a variety of processing machinery, and can custom-process press boards in accordance with design drawings. We also have mold-forming technology using wet paper and metal molds, and can process into any shape. These products have been used for more than 40 years as internal insulating material for ultra-high voltage oil-immersed transformers. |
